These terms govern the provision of services by Secure City Protective Services to its clients. By engaging our services you accept these terms.
Services
Services will be provided in accordance with the service agreement and applicable Western Australian security industry regulations and licensing.
Fees & Payment
Fees are as agreed in the relevant proposal or service contract. Invoices are payable in line with the agreed payment terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the fees paid for those services.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice periods set out in that agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
